Thuy Van Do
Support Coordinator / Deaf Relay Interpreter / Auslan Tutor
Fluent in Vietnamese and Australian sign languages, Thuy Van is a proud mum of 2, an NDIS participant, and Deaf herself. She is uniquely positioned to offer compassionate and sympathetic support to her own community and has spent decades trying to raise up her fellow members of the Deaf community in Australia. When she isn’t working, Thuy Van loves adventures, travelling overseas and eating all different types of food.
Tash Sauer

Growing up in the Deaf community, thanks to her mum being a lifelong Auslan interpreter, created the perfect segue for Tash to be working in the Deaf community. With a strong background in office management, booking Auslan interpreters Australia-wide, and working in the Deaf community as a NAATI-qualified Auslan Interpreter, provided Tash the knowledge, experience and skills to support you on your NDIS journey. When Tash isn’t working, she enjoys relaxing at home with her husband and her fur babies or catching up with friends and family.
Larissa Burns
Support Coordinator /
Auslan Interpreter
Larissa has always been driven by compassion and empathy for others. When Larissa was studying her bachelor’s degree in social work, a lecturer suggested everyone learn a second language to give them diversity in their work. This commenced Larissa’s path into learning about Auslan and the deaf community and she did her final work placement for the Deaf Society of NSW. After working a number of years in the community Larissa began teaching community services and disability work at TAFE, where she worked for 15 years. Last year Larissa decided to reconnect with her profession and is currently completing her masters in social work. When she doesn’t have her head in a book, Larissa loves bushwalking and outdoor activities with her family.
Neva Milton

The grass never has time to grow under Neva's feet. With a passion for travel Neva has enjoyed numerous trips and cruises around the world experiencing life and cultures, with Hong Kong being her favourite destination. Neva has grown up in the Deaf community and learnt Auslan as her first language giving her the foundation to become a NAATI-qualified Auslan Interpreter. As a mum of a child with an NDIS plan, Neva also understands the challenges and supports required to help others on their NDIS journey. When she isn't working, Neva can be found at home spending valuable time with her kids and planning her next adventure.
Trudi Krenske
Support Coordinator /
Auslan Tutor
Working in the education system as an Auslan Language Model for over a decade, Trudi herself grew up Deaf in a hearing world, and thrives on supporting children to get the best start in life. Trudi is now broadening her expertise and working with My Gain as a Support Coordinator. When Trudi was born deaf her parents wanted her to be able to communicate in both the hearing and Deaf worlds, so she learnt sign language, as well as how to speak and lipread. Trudi enjoys CrossFit, learning mindset growth and spending family time with her husband, daughter, and her sausage dog.
Amy Barling
Support Coordinator
Amy is a highly skilled individual with a versatile set of talents and passions. With a double degree in nursing and early childhood education, she is knowledgeable in both the healthcare and childcare sectors. As a mother to a deaf child, Amy has learnt basic sign language and is able to self-manage her NDIS plan. Amy is married to a farmer and resides in Central West NSW. She enjoys exploring her creative side, cooking, socializing, attending live music events, and currently studying Auslan. She has traveled extensively with her husband, visiting various parts of Australia, Africa, Europe, Bali, USA, and Mexico. Amy is actively engaged in her local community and spends weekends taking her children to their sporting events.
Bunny Kloos
Support Coordinator Assistant / Admin Team
With a strong organizational and administrative background, Bunny is always the one everyone can rely on to get the paperwork sorted. Empathy for others was something she learnt from a young age. After a career in Office Management and being a stay-at-home mum for her two daughters, Bunny studied to become a Teacher’s Aide and her empathy was focused on supporting young children in the education system. Now, Bunny enjoys working as part of a team to support NDIS participants in accessing the supports they need to fulfill their everyday lives. When she isn’t at her desk organizing supports, Bunny will be found in her happy place, the kitchen, cooking wholesome traditional foods for her family.
Mel Williams
Support Coordinator Assistant /
Admin Assistant
Mel spent the first 13 years of her working career as a hairdresser where she learnt that communication skills were paramount to connect with and understand people. After a career change, Mel has worked for over a decade as an Auslan interpreter bookings officer, instilling a passion for working in the Deaf community and a desire to study Auslan. Being a mum of two teenage children keeps Mel very busy when she isn't working or studying.
